MÖBEL OASE Sp. z o.o. z o.o. is a medium-size company. Modern machine park (numerically controlled equipment) together with highly qualified staff enable us to combine new production technologies of upholstered furniture with manual work in the process of finishing furniture, which makes our products exceptional.
High qualifications of the staff make it possible for us to produce any piece of furniture and to introduce various changes into particular pieces of furniture, concerning both the material and size. Broadly understood flexibility allows us to serve all customers, both wholesale and retail. The production of upholstered furniture consists of short series ordered by particular customers. Our objective is to make products of medium price that would meet the sophisticated tastes of our recipients.
The upholstered furniture, i.e. sofas, corner sofas, armchairs, couches, chairs is made out of materials and raw materials imported from European Union member countries as well as those provided by well-known domestic producers . Its quality is certified.
The upholstered furniture is covered both by natural and synthetic fabrics and leather, depending on the customer’s order. The inside of the furniture is made of the hardest deciduous wood such as oak and beech or other, according to the customer’s wish. The seats are filled with polyurethane foam combined with elastic bands and corrugated springs
An average piece of upholstered furniture consists of the following elements:
- upholstery fabric,
- fluffy fabric,
- polyurethane foam,
- elastic bands, corrugated springs,
- framework (beech, oak, pine, plywood, felt, chipboard, HDF)
Most of the furniture has wooden finishings which are dyed in accordance with the trends prevailing in the furniture making industry and the customer’s expectations.
